RODECO is currently implementing a Danida project in Zambia (2012 - 2013) and is seeking experts for immediate short-term assignments within the following areas:

• Human Resources Development Specialist
• Information Management System Specialist
• Hydrogeologist
• Community Development Specialist
• Water Utility Management Specialist
• Water Supply Design and Network Specialist

The short-term specialists will have to meet the following requirements:

General qualifications and experience

• A relevant university degree in disciplines related to the specific position
• Minimum seven years of relevant professional experience
• Five years of relevant experience from developing countries
• Experience from donor support programmes or projects
• Good inter-cultural and communication skills

Specific qualifications and experience

• Profound experience with capacity building
• Througout experience with the tasks he/she is proposed to cover

Experience in the region and language

• Fluent in English
• Two years of Southern Africa working experience
